Review the exercises and practice sessions you have completed in this course. (Loving Kindness, Subtle mind, Visualization, meditation etc.) Choose two practices that you have determined to be most beneficial. How can you implement these practices in your personal life to foster “mental fitness”? Provide specific examples.
It is very interesting to learn that we have to develop ourselves and also have time to understand, able to make choices, be able to calmdown and be focused ourselves as we mature in our daily life.
I have chosen the Loving-Kindness and Forgive and Forget. I don’t take them lightly but very serious. This is a good time for my souls. It makes me realize that we are all the same; color, wealth and which part of the world one comes from does not matster. Nobody made a choice or knows why you belong to that particular nationality besides the Creator. I have not really mastered my exercises but I am getting there.
I believe when I finish school and am able to relax and have more time to sit and relax I will do very well. My spiritual status is growing and finding out that if I practice everyday it will be easy and will get best results. No one was born capable but we all start by learning and practicing. I have chosen Loving-Kindness and Forgiving and Forgetting. These really touched me because I found out that these two work hand in hand. If you have love and you have kindness, it is not easy to believe that it is best to forgive and forget, prayer makes it possible. These are the first steps to control stress, depression, anxiety selfishness, negative thoughts and the self partnership. It will heal most illnesses and grow best in positive life; and good health and loving soul.
I can implement these practices in my personal life to foster “mental fitness”? Provide specific examples.
I will try to keep my spiritual life good, in touch with my God, associate with motivating people as it is said birds of a feather flock together. I will go to church; participate in helping winning souls, encourage others to forgive and forget so that they can go on with their lives on a clean page. Share the exercises from this class and may be practice them together. I strongly believe someone will benefit from them.

Great post! I feel the same way. The Loving Kindness exercise has really helped me. I like that it reminds you that we are all the same. I strongly believe that we come from one creator as well. I try to keep in touch with God as well. I beleive that one day we will all know the answers to the questions we have inside of our minds. Some things are not for us to solve but for our creator to share with us.
ReplyDeleteI love your post, Forgive and forget for Loving Kindness so true it's so easy to forgive but so hard to forget and most of us want to forget all together, like my ex husband.(smile) Like Kaylah said some things are not for us to know but it's okay to ask GOD to help us solve them.
