Unit 3

1. on a scale of 1 to 10 (ten being optimal wellbeing),

A-physical wellbeing 3 - 4

B. spiritual well-being 7

C-psychological well-being 7

Why?

my physical, spiritual and psychological wellbeing can all currently be rated as a 3 to 4. This is because I don’t get enough physical exercise. My spirituality is somotimes tested but am blessed because I quickly get up and shake myself. At times life seem to be rolling but I am blessed because I am in control most of the time.

2. Develop a goal for yourself in each area (physical, spiritual, psychological).
Three goals that could be set to improve these elements in my own life are to start jogging regularly (physical), believe in others by looking for their positive qualities (spiritual), and learn to pick my battles by alleviating factors that cause undue stress (psychological).

3. What activities or exercise can you implement in your life to assist in moving toward each goal?
After taking this class, I have learned that my physical, spiritual and psychological levels need extreme improvement so that I can experience a much richer quality of life. I am going to try to accomplish this difficult task by preparing my mind with skills which enrich positive mental growth versus negative useless stagnancy. I have to comtinue 10 minutes exercises daily, embrace anothers without prejudice, and eliminate one unnecessary stressful activity per day. I will take pride in accomplishing these baby steps as they are slowly completed. In turn, this positive thinking might eventually foster a new found belief in myself, others, and the world in which I live.

.I have been trying to listen to “The Crime of the Century” But I am tired and sleepy so I did not finish. I did not accoplish anything and will try again. I am learning to follow the CDs or tapes on meditation. Practice makes perfect, I believe in that though it might take more time with me. I will definatily recommend the lessons to others because someone might benefit too
