I have tried to follow the cd and it did not work for me. when Iwas half way I stopped and started again but still I could make head and tail. I am failing to sit still doing nothing as I end up sleeping which makes me mad. I try to drink coffee and washing my face often to stay up. I will save the cds to and practise
them slowly and maybe, practice half of it at a time till I can finish it and the results will be better. The cd was too long for me. I will definately recommend it to others since someone might benefit from it .
2. Discuss the connection of the spiritual wellness to mental and physical wellness. Explain how the connection is manifested in your personal life.
. About the Spirit accept, I enjoy listening to other TV channels where I can see someone preaching and praying and others just following , I like to hear and see choir music , radio stations do the same and I just listen to what ever is going on. The main thing is to humble myself before the Lord truly. I have ordered a Hope channel on the dishnet work and it helps me a lot with my spiritual workouts. These are main channel with a lot of things to draw your spirit close and the body and mind just follow. When I see what other people are going though I find myself with many things to be gratiful for and the many blessings I have everyday. Spiritual wellness teaches us to be eating health, keeping active, and the Ten Commandments that builds a safe nation and world.

ReplyDeleteI really enjoyed reading both of your posts for this blog. Last unit when we had to listend to the loving kindness cd for the first time I fell asleep as well, so don't feel bad. Once you finally get your self calm and relaxed after you have worked all day, cooked dinner and had a goodnight sleep the night before it will be easier to listen to and follow. I also agree with you when you say that listening to what other people or going through make you feel more grateful about the things that you have. I feel that the way when I listen to other people problems. Great blog!

I agree that these exercises are not always so easy to follow. But now I am starting to wonder if that isn't the point. They are kind of pointing out to us in a way that we don't know how to relax and calm ourselves. If nothing else, they are certainly teaching us that we need to slow down a bit.
